Judge 1	Sour cherries and bitter orange; herbal, tart and tangy. Firm tannins finishes a touch sour and hard.
Judge 2	bright cherry fruit, some intense herbal and savoury liquorice, florals, acidity, lots of tannin. the total package
Judge 3	Very faint hint of reduction but by no means ott. Nice lifted aromatics with dusty tobacco notes. Some oak character (including oak tannins) but integrating with age. Nice wine.
