some good bold cherry bramble, slightly developed, savoury edges, juicy acidity
a little bit of red plum and a lot of vanillan oak showing on the nose. Red fruit shows through more on the palate with some attractive acid and tannin structure - charry oak on finish. touch of musty cardboard - oak or cork? A bit hard.
garnet rim, dried berry and pot pourri, synthetic perfume to it, tart red cherry, dusty wine - overdeveloped?
Colour suggests some development... dry herb, red currants. menthol. A touch forward, wants for a bit of concentration. Claret.
