Judge 1	quite fragrant and spicy, quite lean and mouthwatering and tingly, sherbety
Judge 2	lemon citrus and white peach on the nose - a touch of anise. Very tangy acid on the palate, but carries it pretty well
Judge 3	tangerine ginger spice, lots of vibrant ripe citrus, nice line to it, zippy little finish.
