Judge 1	Pale yet colourful cherry; spicy and refreshing, lift of watermelon and red berries. Crisp and refreshing.
Judge 2	One of the darkest in class, nose of rhubarb and herbs, palate ripe, some sweetness, mineral frame, alcoholic heat. Lots of chalky acidity, tannin - robust style
Judge 3	Light red in colour. Full spicy nose with plenty of bright fruit character. Textural palate with hints of an liquorice and orange. Unfortunately just a little confected on palate.
