Judging Results
Medal / Award Bronze
Overall Score 87.5
Judge 1 white blossom nose, crushed white rock, chalky texture, zippy little wine with lots of freshness but perhaps lacking interest elsewhere
Judge 2 Lemon barley water on the nose with a squeeze of lime juice... quite herbal and green on the palate with a nice lick of citrussy acid - edgy but it works
Judge 3 fragrant, lifted, crisp, tangy, lacks concentration
Associate Judge Raw almond, white florals, seaspray and preserved lemon. Broadly textured but with under ripe apple/ limey/ granny smith acid. Some grubby lees affecting palate. Lacks some harmony on the palate.
