Judge 3	Toffee apple, sour cherry - tart soured acid with juicy fleshy fruit to back it up
Associate Judge	Quite intense and dark, spicy black fruits and white pepper. Bold rich round and soft with some really lovely mature tannins and depth, some savoury notes as well. Delicious.
