confected character, slightly bruised colour, siimple wine, quite short.
copper-orange, toffee apple aromatics. broad and rich with an unctuous edge.
Fleshy red plums and crunchy black cherries on the nose that follows through - generosity of fruit lags behind the acid, tad unctuous and short
A bit darker in colour (maceration or varietally driven?). Really bright and fruity on the nose, big whack of red berries, almost overwhelming, big promise but suggests R/S. Really ripe on the palate, certainly a bit of R/S, possibly a bit over-fruity, alcohol a little awkward, lacking in elegance.
