Tony Mangan Memorial Award for Best Organic Wine |
beautiful, fresh, incredible aromatics, spirit is poking out a little but very powerful, very fresh |
barley suger, VA sticks out and makes the palate aggressive. camphor detracts. |
Honeyed nuts, toffee - dried orange peel and fruit intiesity that drives to the end of the palate |
Malted and moving into carob territory, coffee and sweet spices, even a hint of cigar box. Thick and warm on the palate, alcohol sticking out a bit, sweet more than vibrant. |
