developed, maturing, earthy, brick dust and brown spice, big mouthful of dried blood, bitter tannin
Slight rubbery reduction note to start blowing off to reveal black plum fruit, some dark cocoa. Rich sweet pruney fruit and bitter black choc on teh palate. Plenty of tannins.
tawny hue, prune, fig, kirsch, port, blue cheese, very developed fruit but tannins still pretty austere.
Developed, lead, pencil shavings, garrigue... orange zest, warm currants, roast almonds, ground coffee. Searing tannins, super rustic, craving some fatty meats... Nice complexities and impressive in a rustic way
