super sweet vibrant purple aromatics, bright and jubey, some tangy tannins |
unusual nose of red sour cherry and salty sheeps milk cheese, some flinty savory minerality. Dense and dark on the palate, very firm tannins balance the moderate acid, very textural/powdery dryness on the finish. |
sweet spice, dark cocoa, black fruit hiding underneath, lots of oak there, all chocolate on the palate, structure oak derived too. |
Black red, ruby hue. Nose a touch shy/ reductive/ amaro (vegetal?)... black forest cake, dark fruit flavours. Intense, tightly wound palate. Awesome structure, powerful fruit tannin and nice fruit purity. Built to last. |
