super sweet vibrant purple aromatics, bright and jubey, some tangy tannins
unusual nose of red sour cherry and salty sheeps milk cheese, some flinty savory minerality. Dense and dark on the palate, very firm tannins balance the moderate acid, very textural/powdery dryness on the finish.
sweet spice, dark cocoa, black fruit hiding underneath, lots of oak there, all chocolate on the palate, structure oak derived too.
Black red, ruby hue. Nose a touch shy/ reductive/ amaro (vegetal?)... black forest cake, dark fruit flavours. Intense, tightly wound palate. Awesome structure, powerful fruit tannin and nice fruit purity. Built to last.
