Really rich treacle notes, caramel and toffee, dessicated coconuts. Intense and sweet with some mushroom savoury notes, truffles and salted caramel. Excellent length, but good acidity too.

Deep amber brown in colour with lifted aromas of caramel and concentrated marmalade with subtle butterscotch. The palate is rich and complex with notes of fruitcake, malt and butterscotch with a wonderful freshness.
