Judge 2	very dark colour - extra ripe and dark fruited - dark chocolate covered liqueur plums on the nose and on the palate. Interesting. Firm acid and tannin. Surprising amount of 'wierd' sediment... looks quite flat/developed - how old? very bitter finish
