some browning, a bit out of condition, developed, drying out |
very dark colour - extra ripe and dark fruited - dark chocolate covered liqueur plums on the nose and on the palate. Interesting. Firm acid and tannin. Surprising amount of 'wierd' sediment... looks quite flat/developed - how old? very bitter finish |
bit dull in glass, developed on nose, ripe fruit, bit sweet and sour. pushed? |
Some development, sediment evident, pipesmopke, stewed red fruits, hard tannin. Pleasing flavours but tiring? |
