Judging Results |
Bronze
fresh watermelon characters, bright, esters, quite simple, crunchy palate, appealing wine, assume pet nat. some aldehydes perhaps providing complexity but also reducing freshness
muted aromatics, fine bead. some crunchy phenolics, cranberry fruit. some volatility detracts.
Biscuit tinges with windfall red apples and wild raspberries - with a fine mousse and tart execution of juicy fruit
Very pale pink. Nice and bright and fresh, dry and pretty, a hint of R/S doesn't take away anything.
