Judging Results
Medal / Award Bronze
Judge 1 Ripe and fleshy, some red cherry and leather, stewed tea and blood orange. Dips a little but becomes nicely expansive through the finish.
Judge 2 Delicate fruit, well balanced spice components. A nicely well woven oak texture creates presence in the glass. A bit too shiny in its presentation which makes the finish slightly clinical.
Judge 3 M- ruby. Savoury fresh red fruit compote. M acidity, fine savoury structure, good length.
Associate Judge Coconut sweet spice, cedar, strange array. Pal has good brightness, acid keeps it fresh, tannins sit reasonable well with the fruit. All things considered it is balance,
