stonefruit with saline undercurrents , white flowers and spice , zingy palate , just needs a little more length
Pear aromas lift from the glass hit with a touch of sea salt. Citrus note on the palate super tart, hints of herbs mouthwatering. Touch bitter on the finish - phenolic and tad too much EtOH on the finish
More low-toned. Grilled peach, fig leaf, lemon in water, cinnamon spice, and ginger. Great intensity to the palate, with loads of spice and fruit weight. Peach, nectarine, lemon zest, ginger. Nice citrus drenched finish to bring a freshness and long length.
Lively fruit, touch of confectionary, smart RS and acid balance
