Judge 1	Some bruised apple and pear skin, a little waxy heat. Talcy texture, a gently bitter phenolic clip.
Judge 2	Lovely example of the variety, a touch of whipped honey and nashi pear, well balanced with structure and depth. A little more texture wouldnt go unnoticed here as it does feel a little simple at times.
Judge 3	Straw brown. Slightly nutty, lacking freshness. M acidity, coarse phenolic finish.
