Judge 1	fresh almond and grapefruit pith textural , good flow heat on the tail
Judge 2	Hits all the classic notes: citrus, white flower that lift from the glass. Fleshy on the palate with stone fruit (grilled), some texture finishing tart, salty and with a slight bitter quality
Judge 3	Lychee, chestnut, lemon butter and quince. Oily texture, perhaps too much so, with lychee, lemon and quince again. Good acid carry.
