Some nuttiness lurking beneath ripe, fleshy fruit. A slight salinity running through it, some smoky, quartz minerality too. Lovely, lively acid crunch trough the finish
Spiced apple and dried chamomile flowers on the nose work to create interest in this wine. Fruit intensity in the mid palate pushes the dimensions of this wine. A more full bodied style but with poise and power.
M straw, some CO2. Ripe citrus. Coarse phenolic palate, medium acidity, clunky
Slightly flat, pal has good acid but doesn't have fruit to push its length. Finishes a bit shorter than i'd like.
