Judge 1	Fejoia and custard apple, beer mats and crushed shell. Palate is racier than nose promises, taut, lean, electric.
Judge 2	Whipped honey and orange blossom water. A real prettiness in this wine with white tea and crushed stone. Potentially lacking a bit of fruit and acid drive through the wine.
Judge 3	Pale straw. Some honey waxy aroma and flavour. M+ acidity, touch hollow and honeyed, grippy finish
Associate Judge	Cheesy, developed character on nose and pal. Lacking fruit, has nice acid brightness but too much funk for me.
