Judge 1	Pale straw. Some honey waxy aroma and flavour. M+ acidity, touch hollow and honeyed, grippy finish
Judge 2	Whipped honey and orange blossom water. A real prettiness in this wine with white tea and crushed stone. Potentially lacking a bit of fruit and acid drive through the wine.
Judge 3	Fejoia and custard apple, beer mats and crushed shell. Palate is racier than nose promises, taut, lean, electric.
Associate Judge	Cheesy, developed character on nose and pal. Lacking fruit, has nice acid brightness but too much funk for me.
