Dark cherry and burning sage, some olive bitterness and charred meat. Extraction pushed just slightly...a little hard and tacky on the back end |
Nice savoury work here with some dried thyme and sage. Dried red fruits and well balanced structure. Light and bright but with dimension, a touch of amari spice here. |
Light garnet. Cocoa and red fruit aromas. Good medium weight. M acidity is seamlessly integrated, fine powdery tannin finish. Just lacking some freshness |
greeness on nose, pal is a bit weak and lacking in fruit and structure |
