Dark cherry and burning sage, some olive bitterness and charred meat. Extraction pushed just slightly...a little hard and tacky on the back end
Nice savoury work here with some dried thyme and sage. Dried red fruits and well balanced structure. Light and bright but with dimension, a touch of amari spice here.
Light garnet. Cocoa and red fruit aromas. Good medium weight. M acidity is seamlessly integrated, fine powdery tannin finish. Just lacking some freshness
greeness on nose, pal is a bit weak and lacking in fruit and structure
