Rubbed herb and cold tea, some blood orange and dark plum skins. Taut and well balanced palate. Freshness and verve through the finish.
A bit savoury on the nose, lots of black pepper and caraway seed. Really intriguing palate with sour cherry, smoked meat and a graphite edge. Lovely.
M ruby. Bright cherry fruit aroma. Tar, some bright formic whole-bunch characters. Medium weight, cleansing acidity (quite high) with savoury tannin finish
