Raspberries and reduction. Fragrant fruit, silty tannins, slightly saline. Lovely taper and length
A noveau style with confection in spades, a bubblegum pop and freeze dried raspberries dart around, almost a rosewater note to it. A fair bit of tension builds texture in the final mouthfeel but does lack a touch of seriousness to drive it through. Well done fun.
Light bright ruby, vibrant hue. Leafy, cola, violet typicity. Bright fresh leafy fruit flavours but lacking some middle depth. Elevated acidity is in balance with alcohol and overall structure. Quite firm savoury tannin finish. Good example of a lighter style
Bit flat on the nose - reductive. Carries through to the pal. Pal is a bit flat, lacks fruit and brightness.
