Judge 1	This is ALL the manifestations of lemon. Pith and zest, juice and oil, sherbert and drop. Citric wave rolls onto the palate, delivers soursops and lemon leaves, and finishes willowy and fine. Curious but compelling.
Judge 2	A racy little wine with some underripe stone fruit, lots of nectarine. Lemon rules the house here with plenty of drive with acid.
