Firm and waxy, shaped by gritty phenolics and finishing with a sparkling, mineral edge. Slight heat on the finish.
Nice florality on the nose but doesnt deliver through the finish, structure is clunky and sugar plays a role that is discombobulating to the final result.
Pale straw. Quite nutty aroma. Great upfront acidity, full bodies middle wit h interesting phenolic grip. Good length.
Pear and some almond - nuttiness. Bright acid, clean, crisp, good fruit.
