Leafy, amaro edged. Slightly two paced...fruit sweetness and sour acidity niggling each other like car-bound kids on a road trip.
Pudding fruit that stews at the bottom of this wine, intermingled with sinewy tannins and oak that clashes rather than lifts up the fruit. A wine that lacks harmony which might need time to come in to its own, however, the lacking of freshness in the fruit might draw that idea to a close.
M ruby. Red cherry liqueur. M+ acidity, savoury drying tannin finish, slightly hollow
Lifted, desiccated fruit, sweet spice. Not entirely clean on the pal, fine tannins but lacks weight of fruit
