Judge 1 bright cherry and plum fruit , sweet spice and some interest , flavour and flesh , chewy tannin
Judge 2 Candied violets, touch VA, boysenberry syrup and pepper, clove, anise. Much more savory on the palate with chunky tannins, crunch acidity and grilled fruits on the finish.
Judge 3 Heavily reduced. Plum, chocolate. Reduction in the way aromatically. Nice ripeness level to the fruit, with red apple skin, red plum, and dark cherry. Good clean and precise finish.
