Judge 1	Rich and waxy, crated lemons and cut grapefruit. The palate is an essay in corseted richness, kept tight by tightly wound phenolics. Line and length
Judge 2	Almost a cereal note to the nose with an oaty, mealiness. Touch of phenolics on the back creates a sourness that deters interest. A real lime skin kind of note.
Judge 3	Pale straw, light citrus aroma. Quite rich big structure, M acidity, grippy phenolic finish
