Judge 1	bright and dark , blood plum anise, gravel and spice , upright tannin some oak sweetness
Judge 2	Black and slighlty roasted/grilled plums with a char on them, tobacco, graphite, leather, dried violets. Rich and full in bodied with bold fruits and firm tannins. Touch too astrigent
Judge 3	Curry leaf, fig, spiced plum, subtle prune. Ripe palate, with dense dark cherry, prune and spice. Very sour acid a distraction. Finish is a bit hot.
