Pale straw green. Clean restrained white fruit. M+ acidity. Very fresh, soft fruit middle, cleansing bone dry finish, fades a little quickly
Pithy pink grapefruits and green apple skin. Zingy acid drives the wine to the finish leaving nothing behind. Very taught and saline driven, bit of mineral drive. Quite neutral and racy but lots to talk about.
Taut and pithy. Saline freshness and gentle phenolic grip. Tension and length.
Bright, delicate, pear, stone fruit. Pretty earl grey character. Bright acid, simple palate but clean and bright.
