Judge 1 if you could ferment musk sticks, it would smell like this. Under-perfumed, muskier than musk. Some nicely pitched dark fruit through the plate, dusty tannins and a willowy taper.
Judge 2 Brightly hued and vibrant this spicey wine begins with rose water that descends into satsuma plums and salted red licourice. Lovely slatey texture gives this wine space to drive forward and create space for dimension.
Judge 3 M bright ruby. Spicy with red fruit. Bright, succulent, M acidity and fine dusty tannin. Very moreish. Slightly herbal.
Associate Judge Dark berry fruits and floral notes. A good balance between freshness and richness of fruit. Pal shows some lovely brightness while maintaining a strong backbone.
