Judge 1	red fruits and dried herbs , savoury complexity, quite moreish with a fne acid line
Judge 2	Lifted red florals, nutmeg, baked plum. Nice harmony to the aromatics. Palate is cool and vibrant, with red plum, baking spices, and brash acidity leading to a fresh finish.
Judge 3	Pretty plum and violets mixing together across notes of mint, thyme and savory spices. Rich and mouthfilling but with vibrant acidity. Tart blue/black and red fruit share the stage with oolong tea, goji berry, savory green herbs and fine tannins
