Judge 2	Reductive and slightly bilgie, there is a saline kind of algae character on the nose. Lots of dried hay and hot dried fruits, dehydrated apricots and dried yellow apples.
Judge 3	M straw. Petroleum aroma upfront. Soft acidity, phenolic grip to cleanse on finish. Quite rich middle, but needs food to be enjoyed
