bilgy compost character , wet earth and mushroom |
Black inky color with purple rim. Cooked blackberries with sweet spices, bay leaf and a touch of that burnt rubber note. Lush palate with more high toned plums, violets, pomegranate syrup and chewy but not super firm tannins. |
Savouriness at the fore here, brought by oak, a touch of brett, and game meat. Red florals lift the aromas with air, with ripe plum beneath. A round and full palate with vibrant fruit with contrasting the nose. Juicy plum, bramble, subtle spice. Sour acidity perhaps a touch elevated. |
Reduced, cherry, touch of bark chips, round rich fruit, lacking fruit freshness |
