Judge 1	Fuller, richer style done well. Deep set, preserved lemon fruit, some white pepper spice. Waxy tapering, lovely acid clip.
Judge 2	A bit fruit cup like on the nose. Theres enjoyable elements here the fruit is of great condition and the acid is playful rather than corse but it feels as though there is a dissonance between fruit and structure.
Judge 3	Pale straw green, some CO2. Citrus and ferment esters. H acidity, not well integrated. Thin, lacks length
