Judge 2	Plum pudding, blackberry jam, sweet oak spices. Big bold and rich on the palate. Tons of sweet spice, heavy EtOH. Classic to historical place.
Judge 3	Heady and spicy. Dark cherry, dried herbs, earth, salted meat. Nice palate. Integrated cedary oak, dark cherry, spiced plum, earth. Big structure. Warm finish but soaked up by fruit and tannin/acid.This is age worthy and Italianate.
