Judge 1	Rose petal and dark cherry, some old leather too. Fine framed, dusty tannin....just a little waxy and short of acid etching
Judge 2	Definitely some sweeter sided fruit, red currants and blood plum. A touch of savoury edge adds interest, a real liquorice character.
Judge 3	M- garnet. Sl herbal, amaro, cherry. M acidity, a bit dull and short. Lacking interest
