Medal / Award
Judge 1 Popcorn reduction, a vegetal streak. Some tweaky acid and mawkish oak.
Judge 2 Quite a dried bushland edge on the nose. Really lovely purity of fruit here with some lovely tannin mangement and length. A dried earth, bark character pervades throughout the wine that ultimately detracts from the pristine fruit that presents.
Judge 3 M+ bright ruby. Very ripe red fruit, Port-like ripeness. Hollow middle, medium acidity, firm tannin finish. Lacks some soull
Associate Judge Butter menthols. Desiccated fruit and green herbals notes, carries through to pal. An interesting wine with good palate balance but not so sure on the fruit specrum.
