apple and grapefruit fresh , delicate good use of Phenolis to aid structure a touch short
Fresh and lifted, slighty reticent. Chunky on the palate with some minerality but lacks the citrus from the nose.
Restrained aromas of peach, white nectarine and apple with cinnamon and ginger spice in support. Freshness through the palate - green apple, lemon, lime zest.
Stone fruit, white flower, slight tart acid need more fruit lift
