Judge 2	Light aromas of white flowers, citrus blossom, lemon zest and pith. Lean and zest on the palate, energetic acidy - although a bit out of balance
Judge 3	Attractive quince paste, lemon pith, and subtle lychee aromas. Brightness to the palate, which bursts with saline, lemon zest, and green apple. Lovely texture and balance of weight an tension. Good length.
