Judge 1	Oak char slightly smudging the fruit here, possibly gumming up the gears through the finish too. Some nice fruit amongst all that though.
Judge 2	Very herbal, lots of tarragon, earthy spices and dark prune notes. Nice svelte mouthfeel, plushness and interest.
