fragrant and bright with a wrap of mint energy and depth of flavour clarity in the fruit profile raw oak char X
Intense menthol and mint on the nose - almost peppermint. Takes over the aromas. Chocolate covered cherries with spirits. Mint/menthoal takes away from the wine. It is lush on the palate with rustic tannins (maybe some eucalyptus leaves got into the hopper)
Salty and savoury fruit with menthol spice sitting around plum and rhubarb. Juicy and fulsome palate, with baked red plum, menthol spice, and rhubarb, and earthy tone. Nice length with red fruited acid.
Lifted fruit, tiramisu, touch of minty, vibrant and complex, palate is slight flat and lacking a bit length
