Judge 2	Tight and wound up little reveled on the nose - hints of spice and flowers. Fruits pop on the palate firm tannic strucutre - very drying
Judge 3	Plum, cherry, nutmeg. Nice brightness to the palate with notes mirroring the nose. Firm cacao tannins carry the fruit through. Tannins a touch rough.
