Judge 2	Wafting aromas mixed citrus, hint of apple mixed with some green herbs and white flower petals. Mouthwatering with lots of preserved and salted lemon and pith. Touch of crushed stone
Judge 3	Lemon and subtle quince paste on the nose. Some RD to the palate, which doesn't have the acid to balance it.
