Judge 1	M straw, deeper. More nutty hay-like aromas, M acidity, deeper flavour, cleansing finish. Lacking some freshness
Judge 2	A strong wet wool and preserved lemon note on the nose creates an intriguing start. Larger yellow fruits with some ripe starfruit and honeydew melon in the continuum. A well held together structure and very layered. A touch too much work makes it slightly laborious as an option
Judge 3	A savoury and saline wine, hazelnuts and salt flakes, preserved lemon and crushed chalk. Beautifully textured, fine gauge grit washed in juicy acidity.
