Judge 1	Pithy and taut, a saline minerality edging the wine nicely. Just lacks a fifth gear.
Judge 2	Nicely presented fruit of the watercolour variety. Feels a little dilute in terms of intensity and drive. Lacks a bit of acid to drive the wine upwards.
