Blood orange and juniper....is this wine or a negroni?? A kooky fly spray top note. Lean and juicy in the mouth....fine finish. intriguing
A spiced nose with Sichuan and ume, really lovely edges of this wine with depth and drive. Lots of red currants floating around but the cystaline fruit quality is commendable.
Pale ruby. Formic Mondeuse-like aroma. Light body. M acidity, soft tannin.
A bit dusty on the nose which slightly flows through to the pal. Would like to see more fruit on nose and pal. Acid sits well, has some good components
