Judge 1	Rosehip and cold tea. Some dry herb too. Fresh and supple, some real grace and finesse, Conrete dust tannins, a lingering suggestion of red fruits.
Judge 2	Green peppercorn sauce on the nose gives way to fleshy plums and Sichuan spice. Refreshing yet layered this wine has elegance but still quite a lot of power. Theres restraint but still allows that purity of fruit to show through.
Judge 3	M- ruby. Soft oak vanillin and red fruit. M acidity, light red fruit flavour and structure, finishes with firm tannins
