Showing plenty of toasty development, coats the mouth with waxy phenolics. Slightly hollow....
A creme brulee of a wine, lots of burnt caramel edges with a creamy core. Plenty of vanilla and butter notes but beneath all of the wine making artefact is a purity of fruit that creates depth but is so overshadowed by oak and hand, it is hard to see beyond it.

M+ straw, showing some development. Nutty lanolin bouquet, really quite complex and intriguing. Good full bodied middle, fresh lively acisity and great intensity and length
Developed, lacks fruit and the palate falls a bit flat. Pal doesn't flow, jagged edges.
