Taut and acid driven, Some softly phenolic, waxy grip. A soft salad leaf quality and assured length.

A fuller bodied style of Grüner, lots of plush yellow fruits, spiced apple and pear compote, a lick of saffron water. Bold in its approach the fruit is matched by spice that layers in to some more whipped honey notes.

M straw. White fruits, slightly floral lift. Lovely soft texture. M+ acidity, fresh, good lenght

Cheesy, lacking fruit. Pal is a bit oily and has slight bitterness at back pal. Doesn't have the acid drive.
