Texture, balance, interest. Length. Savoury. Pecorino. Joy. Musk perfume with lees integration. |
Light yellow-gold in color, this wine smells of lanolin, Asian pears, pomelo and wet chalkboard. In the mouth, stony notes of stone fruit and citrus pith have a silky texture and nice chalky underbelly. Perhaps a little light on acidity and a tiny bit of RS? Nonetheless pleasurable. |
